How can I schedule a tutoring session?

Call client services at (786) 218-6495 or use this contact form. Mrs. Arbella will confirm availability and follow up with registration and Zoom details.

Do I need to call if I only need one session?

For a single session you may use the online booking flow once it is live, or reach out by phone or email so Mrs. Arbella can confirm your time at least 24 hours in advance, per policy.

What are the technical requirements?

A reliable internet connection and the latest version of Zoom are recommended. Students may join as a guest or with a Zoom account, and may wait in the waiting room until the tutor opens the session.

Can I test the Zoom link when I receive it?

Yes. After booking is confirmed, open the link to verify it launches Zoom correctly on your device.

How do I reschedule?

Call client services at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling depends on Mrs. Arbella's availability and is not guaranteed.

May I pay with a credit card?

Card checkout for single sessions and packages is planned for this new site. Until then, your confirmation email will include agreed payment options such as Zelle or other instructions from Mrs. Arbella.
